Mega Prep for Licensing Exam

The Mega PREP course is a dedicated review for both sections of the state licensing exam: the national portion on general real estate principles and the state specific portion on Texas laws & rules. Classes reach maximum seating capacity every month, so we highly recommend that you enroll and register for the course at least 30 days in advance.

The Mega PREP material is complete and concise so that you learn information to prepare you for the theoretical questions on the national portion of the state exam and the practical questions on the state specific portion of the exam. In addition, the course materials are updated frequently to reflect the latest exam content.

The instructor, Leslie Purvis, has devoted the last 30 years to teaching exam preparation courses, so there is no better person to teach you how to pass the exam the first time. We recommend that you pre-register for the Mega PREP course so that you receive your review materials in advance and have time to study before attending class. Class hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Tuition is non-refundable.
