Continuing Education for Sales Agents (2nd or subsequent renewals) and Brokers
For the next six months, we will not be offering classroom format CE courses. Our instructor, Leslie Purvis, is on medical leave due to health problems and surgeries.
Our online course partner, 360training.com offers a variety of 18-hour course bundles. New rules from TREC mean that you can score a zero on the final exams for Legal Update 1 and 2, as well as Broker Responsibility. A score of 70% is required to pass the final exams for the remaining courses in Contracts; Tax Favorable RE Transactions; Property: Liens, Taxes & Foreclosures; Real Property Ownership; and Environmental Hazards.
All online TREC approved courses are provided by 360training.com, Inc., CE Provider #238.
ONLINE CE COURSES
#1 ONLINE: Sales Agent CE Renewal Package 1 is 18 Hours, with Legal Update I & II
The #1 course package is appropriate for a sales agent or a broker who does not sponsor sales agents. If you have been appointed as a designated supervisor by your sponsoring broker, the #1 course package does not include Broker Responsibility, which is a required course for supervisors. Refer to package #4 for the appropriate course content. The TREC approved courses are provided by 360training, Inc., CE Provider #238.

The #3 course package is designed for sales agents who are completing their education for their first license renewal and have already completed 90 hours of SAE education. It is appropriate for license holders who have completed 10 hours of elective CE from other sources or providers.
