Hey Leslie,
Took my test last Wednesday just a little under a week after taking your class. And truth is I didn't study at all in between your class and test until the day before. I came into work and took the free practice exam on my lunch. I failed it and went home and studied till 230 in the morning. Ended up making an 80 on both tests.
Thank you so much! I couldn't have done it without the prep course. My real estate classes did go over everything we went over in class but so much more as well. The only way I could have passed the test without the Mega Prep was if I had taken 6 months of hardcore studying while I was taking my core classes instead of the month it took me using your PREP guide.

I just wanted to take time to thank you from the bottom of my heart on helping me to succeed with passing the salesperson exam on the FIRST TRY!!! Yay!!! I don't know if you remember me or not, but I was in the MegaPrep class on Tuesday and I briefly spoke with you in panic because I had scheduled my exam for the very next day! You told me I could do it and to just read the guide and not so much worry about going through all 1500 practice questions and thats what I did! For 11 hours immediately proceeding your prep course I studied/crammed. I was able to read the entire guide again and there wasn't a single word on the exam that I wasn't familiar with. I scored a 21 on the state portion and a 65 on the national portion!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

Thank you, Leslie.  How are you?  I brag on Purvis RE Institute quite a bit.  (I hope some others have found their way there because of me telling them of my experience there.)  It was the BEST place for me to begin - it gave me a really good foundation.  Plus, I will forever be grateful for your Test Prep Class.  I took all you said to heart and studied the way you told us to; and I credit your tutelage as key elements in helping me pass the exam the first time.

Hi Leslie,

I’m dropping a note to let you know that I took my test this afternoon and did very well. I scored 90% on the State Specific portion of the exam and 88% on the National section of the exam. This was my first time to take the test. For the past 2 weeks (since my Mega PREP class), I studied from 4 to 8 hrs per day, every day. I’m glad it is over, I took my test in the afternoon and I believe it helped by giving me several hours in the morning to review the more difficult chapters.
