Pre-Licensing Courses for Loan Officers (Part 1)


Part 1, a three day, 30 classroom hour course, will cover the following topics:
  • Gives you insight into the roles of the mortgage broker and loan officer
  • Guides you through the steps in the loan application and pre-qualification process
  • Explains the structure of the primary and secondary money markets
  • Teaches you in-depth information about HUD, FNMA and GNMA, as well as FHA and VA lending practices
  • Includes provisions of the Texas Mortgage Broker License Act
  • Includes 2 hours of training in mortgage ethics
