Law of Agency - Seller (TREC #1111)

This course satisfies the pre-licensing requirement for 30 classroom hours in Law of Agency. PRETI's course on seller agency is oriented from the perspective of an agent representing the seller in a real estate transaction. It also addresses the psychological positions common among sellers, as well as details and viewpoints of seller when negotiating and closing real estate transactions.
