Basic Principles of Real Estate (TREC #0111)

An introduction to Texas real estate and laws. Although we recommend that a student take Real Estate Principles as the first course, it is not a pre-requisite for other courses. Our introduction to real estate principles course satisfies one-half of the requirement for 60 classroom hours in principles of real estate.
