The ideal candidate for On-line courses is a busy self-starter, who wants to study at their own pace and not travel to take a classroom course.  There are a few things you should consider before enrolling in on-line real estate courses.

    1. Have you ever taken on-line courses in the past?  Did you complete the program successfully?
    2. Do you have a high-speed internet connection?
    3. Do you have time in your schedule that you can dedicate to on-line learning?

If there is doubt about the suitability of on-line courses for you, consider paying for one course and give the course a try.  If you like the on-line format, you have 30 days from the date of payment for the first course to pay for your remaining courses and receive the benefit of the bundle pricing.
